Cash and memorandum book belonging to Jonathan Weaver who died in Pomfret, Connecticut, and an auction catalog from the estate sale following Weaver's death. The first entries in the book relate to purchasing Negroes with Spanish names. Later entries relate to employees, many of whom lived in the Pomfret area. Executors of the estate were Joseph McClellan and R.L. Mathewson.
